We have listed the main things we check for when we come to do an initial inspection on your property. It’s worth checking that these things are in place as it will smoothen the process and shorten the time it will take before you start receiving guaranteed rent on your property.
7 Things to do before letting your property:
- Ensure all windows are functioning properly.
- If there is no window in the kitchen or bathroom, an extractor fan is required.
- Ensure that there are no loose or dangerous electrical wiring in the property.
- The heating system must be present and functioning properly.
- An extractor fan with a 20 minute over-run is required in the bathroom.
- The property should be provided to us unfurnished (and without electrical appliances)
