Our services generally include:

Communications: Each landlord will have specific team member as a single point of contact (SPOC). Landlords can contact their SPOC with any matters that may arise.

Inspections: We visit each property and conduct initial and periodic inspections of the property during the duration of the tenant’s occupation. This will help to put the landlord’s mind at ease that the property is being checked on regularly. During the inspection, we will use the opportunity to establish a professional relationship with our tenants and address and resolve any queries or concerns they may have.

Repairs: Repairs is an important part of property management. We have links with a number of companies dedicated to maintaining and repairing properties swiftly and to a high quality level. We commission the most appropriate team to carry out any repairs or works on the property.*

Out of hours emergency: We have a 24/7 support number for our landlords and tenants, which can be used to contact a member of our team in the event of an emergency.

Handing back your property: When the time comes to return your property the council guarantee to give it back in the same condition, fair wear and tear excepted.

Landlords Checklist

We have listed the main things we check for when we come to do an initial inspection on your property. It’s worth checking that these things are in place as it will smoothen the process and shorten the time it will take before you start receiving guaranteed rent on your property.

7 Things to do before letting your property:

  1. Ensure all windows are functioning properly.
  2. If there is no window in the kitchen or bathroom, an extractor fan is required.
  3. Ensure that there are no loose or dangerous electrical wiring in the property.
  4. The heating system must be present and functioning properly.
  5. An extractor fan with a 20 minute over-run is required in the bathroom.
  6. The property should be provided to us unfurnished (and without electrical appliances)
